Sturdy Bollards are constructed of 1/4" steel pipe (4 or 6 inches in diameter) that is welded to a 3/8" thick, 10" square base plate. 4 mounting holes are 13/16". Black plastic cap is standard. Available sizes are 24", 36" or 48" tall.
